At Hathayasa, our mission is to educate people about pain. Pain is a more complex phenomenon than a symptom of disease, poor healing, improper posture, or tissue damage. When dealing with chronic pain, we quickly learn how it impacts all parts of our lives, including our capacity to feel our movements, our ability to breathe, our body tension, our emotions, and our relationships. Each of these pain-related changes can be treated by yoga.
Hathayasa will assist you in minimising your discomfort, but we do not have a magical cure. To live pain-free, one needs commitment, concentration, and an unshakable desire.
21 days Reset Package
To treat persistent or chronic pain, we use a combination of ancient yoga techniques based on our understanding of pain. For 21 days, without a break, we repeat the following practices to help you reset your life.

6. Techniques to calm and rebalance the nervous system

By the end of this program, you will be self-sufficient to manage your pain and would discipline yourself to lead a better life. Every component of pain can be changed by engaging in this daily practice, including its intensity, frequency of flare-ups, and impact on our energy levels, mood, and thoughts.

Twice a week
Students seeking regular full-body practise in pain relief would benefit greatly from this four-week moderate yoga course on Zoom. These twice-weekly 60-minute sessions are designed to leave students with a sense of serenity, strength, focus, and well-being. Each 60-minute class includes a warm-up, a light, and enjoyable flow, various yoga postures, and a great closing guided relaxation exercise.
This training is appropriate for people of all physical abilities.

Our customised 60–75 minute courses are created with care to meet your specific needs and can be taken in the convenience of your home or online. These private sessions are designed to support your unique goals, whether you want to start a tailored yoga practice, develop a custom pain treatment strategy, or just relax and unwind.

Abhyangam massage
Abhyangam is a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique that involves full-body oil application. It utilizes rhythmic strokes and the application of warm herbal oils to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. It is deeply nourishing and rejuvenating for the body and mind.

Yoga Thai massage
Yoga Thai massage combines the principles of yoga and traditional Thai massage. The practitioner uses assisted stretches, joint mobilization, acupressure, and energy line work to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, release tension, and restore balance in the body. It is a dynamic and therapeutic form of bodywork that enhances overall well-being.
